Security at Rocket Records
Trust is the foundation of what we do. Rocket Records maintains a security program designed to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the information our members entrust to us — including SOC 2 certification and HIPAA-aligned safeguards for health information.
Technical Safeguards
- Encryption everywhere. All traffic to our websites and platforms is served over HTTPS with modern TLS; sensitive data is encrypted at rest.
- Hardened infrastructure. Our services run on reputable cloud providers with network isolation, continuous patching, and DDoS protection.
- Least-privilege access. Production access is restricted to authorized personnel, protected by multi-factor authentication, and logged.
- Secure development. Changes go through review and automated checks before release.
Organizational Safeguards
- Background-checked personnel and security training for staff who handle member data;
- Vendor due diligence and business associate agreements for any provider that processes protected health information;
- Documented incident response procedures with member notification consistent with applicable law.

Use a strong, unique password for your Rocket Records account, and never share verification codes. We will never ask you for your password by email or phone.
